Our Shipping Policy

We aim to fill all orders within 48 hours. You will receive an email with your order confirmation number once your order has been received.

In the event your order is delayed, you will be notified by our customerservice department.We ship using USPS Priority. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Shipping rates subject to change. Should you need to return or exchange your purchase, following is our policy and procedure to do so.

Bras: Bras may be returned or exchanged, provided that they have only been tried on and not worn or washed.

We regret that any merchandise that is returned which is not in re-sellable condition, will be sent back.

Underwear: For hygienic reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged

Manufacturer’s Defects: Mom's Helper will replace (at our discretion) any manufacturer’s defect. Items may be returned or exchanged for up to 60 days from the date on the invoice.

Pleasehave your credit card number handy. Customer service will issue you a
Return Authorization (RA) number. Return the goods by regular mail. COD
and couriers will not be accepted.
